BUYER SATISFACTION

Have I made the right decision?

Buyer's remorse - it happens to all of us. The most important way to deal with buyer's remorse is to know that you did your homework before putting in an offer on a new home.

How do I know that I have found the home that best meets my needs? What if something better comes along?

When working with you to find your new home, we will listen carefully to what you have to say so as to ensure that we understand exactly what it is you are looking for. Then we will look at current and expired listings on MLS, reach out to our clients, talk to for sale by owners, and use our connections with other REALTOR®s to ensure we have considered all housing options for you. When we find your home, you will know it is the right one for you.

How do I know that I got the best price and didn't pay too much?

Prior to submitting an offer, we review recent sales of similar homes with you. We will have researched the conditions under which these homes sold and its particular features, then use that information to properly value the home you are interested in buying. Consideration is also given to the current market supply and demand. Together we will determine the value of that home and set the offer price accordingly.

When meeting with sellers to present your offer, we will review with them the reasons behind your offer so that they realize you have done your homework and they will be more likely to deal with your offer.

What if there are problems with the house?

Houses are not perfect - even ones that are newly constructed! That is why a home inspection is critical. We will work closely with the home inspector to identify potential problems and then negotiate with the seller to repair or adjust the final purchase price to your satisfaction before you make your final commitment.
